Our outdoor dirt mats combine functionality with durability. The mats are made from 100% PET recycled fibers and feature fully dyed fibers for intense color brilliance. The high-quality nitrile rubber backing ensures optimal grip. We process approximately 65 recycled PET bottles per square meter – this makes our printed floor mats not only robust but also sustainable.
The personalized mats are washable up to 40°C and designed for at least 150 washes. Thanks to the special perforation, water is effectively drained away. The robust outdoor mats absorb up to 3 liters of water per square meter. This makes our premium outdoor mats particularly easy to care for.
We can manufacture our anti-slip mats to sizes up to 200 x 700 cm. Please note that for printed mats & carpets, there is a tolerance of +/- 5% cm in size. Each mat is equipped with a 20 mm wide tread edge plus additional edge reinforcement.
For our Professional Anti-Stain Mats, we use the Chromojet printing process. This technology guarantees precise printing results and UV-resistant colors for custom-made outdoor mats. The quality outdoor mats reach a total height of 8-9 mm with a pile height of 7-8 mm.
The Logo & Design mats consist of a pile of 100% polyamide 6.6. The weatherproof outdoor mats have a nitrile rubber backing with a thickness of approximately 1.4 mm. These mats for companies and businesses weigh 3,200 g/m².
Carpets for outdoor use require effective drainage. Our outdoor mats have special holes that reliably drain water. The Carpet The outdoor area remains thus always functional.
The Outdoor Matte is made from fully dyed fibers and a high-quality nitrile rubber backing. Dirt-repellent mats printed with the logo will withstand at least 150 washes and remain stable in shape.
